Ria Pai is a Senior at USC pursuing a B.S. in Quantitative Biology and a minor in Disruptive Innovation. She has previously worked with Dr. Suhn K. Rhie integrating RNA-seq data to understand gene regulation, how it translates to transcriptome changes, and aided in the creation of a larger R package that can be used to detect epigenetic changes in any dataset. Currently, in the Fudenberg lab, she is focused on assessing the viability of genetic files and making human vs. mouse predictions for the development of Akita.
